David is a Stream Restoration Specialist Engineer in Training, with a B.S. in civil engineering from the University of Nebraska- Lincoln. He has experience in water resources, including hydraulic and hydrologic modeling for bridge and culvert design, using HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, SMS by Aquaveo, and ArcGIS.
