Stream Restoration Specialist

Frances is a Water Resources Engineer in Training with experience in hydraulic and hydrologic modeling using HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, and PCSWMM. This modeling was completed in support of various Federal Emergency Management Agency floodplain mapping projects, stormwater modeling projects, and flooding analyses in the state of Kentucky. Her experience includes the use of programs such as ArcGIS, GeoHECRAS, and Civil3D.
